Serena Rodgers is a film-maker and lecturer, working with experimental animation and live action film techniques. Her research embodies avant-garde cinema & traditional film making styles.

She has screened films at Brief Encounters Film festival. The London Film Festival. Edinburgh Film Festival, and has a Royal Television Society award for best experimental film 97’. Her most recent screenings are “Homes a notion”, Boston USA at the Plymouth International Film Festival, 2005’, Dartington Hall, 2005’ and Kingsgate Gallery London. 2004’.

A film that transposes people from one location to different location in time & place screened at The Royal College of Art Gallery, London.Serena’s recent work includes: The 2006 Celtic Film & Television Festival Indent as Creative Director and Editor. “Naomi” a 4 minute music video was released with other artists on DVD Nov 2005 for a jazz musician. www.hellmut-hattler.de/ .
